Our Staff

Kathy O’Brian is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech. She is originally from Tucson, Arizona and moved to Lake Havasu City in 2023. Kathy attended The University of Texas at Austin and started working at SoundPoint Hearing in 2023. She began working in the hearing industry in 2014 and was drawn to the profession because she observed how patients’ lives improve when their hearing improves.

What Kathy loves most about saving hearing lives is how it positively impacts patients’ relationships and life experiences. She strives to maximize the improvement in hearing in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of the practice, Kathy loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Brie Carroll is a Patient Services Coordinator. Brie is originally from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, in 2001. Brie attended Lake Havasu High School and started working at SoundPoint Hearing Centers in 2023. Brie began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because of her desire to learn more about hearing technology and how it can be utilized to provide the best patient care possible. What Brie loves most about saving hearing lives is the opportunity to greatly improve a patient’s daily life through helping them to hear more efficiently. Brie strives to meet and form positive relationships with new and existing patients in her everyday work.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Brie loves hobbies such as reading, writing, and spending time with her two dogs; Vegas and Finley.
